Democratic Leadership for a Stronger ISA Andhra Pradesh
The Indian Society of Anaesthesiologists – Andhra Pradesh (ISA-AP) conducts elections in a transparent, fair, and democratic manner to elect its Office Bearers and Executive Committee Members. The election process is governed by the Constitution and Bylaws of ISA and the official Election Notification issued by the Society.
Members are encouraged to actively participate in the nomination and election process to strengthen the leadership and future of the Society.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for elected positions must satisfy the eligibility criteria prescribed by ISA Andhra Pradesh, including:
Valid Life Membership of ISA.
Continuous membership for the prescribed number of years.
Previous Executive Committee experience where applicable.
Compliance with Family Benevolent Fund (FBF) requirements for eligible posts.
Fulfilment of all conditions mentioned in the official Constitution and Election Notification.
Election Process
The election process generally follows these steps:
1. Election Notification
The Society publishes an official notification announcing the election schedule, available posts, nomination fees, and important dates.
2. Nomination Submission
Eligible members submit the prescribed nomination form along with supporting documents and nomination fee before the notified deadline.
3. Scrutiny of Nominations
The Election Committee verifies eligibility, membership status, and supporting documents.
4. Publication of Eligible Candidates
The list of valid nominations is published on the official website.
5. Withdrawal of Nominations
Candidates may withdraw their nominations before the specified withdrawal date.
6. Voting
If required, voting is conducted through the approved election process during the notified period.
7. Declaration of Results
Election results are announced officially after completion of voting and counting.

The nomination form is completely filled.
Candidate, proposer, and seconder are eligible members.
Nomination fee has been paid.
All required supporting documents are attached.
The nomination reaches the Honorary Secretary before the notified deadline
